We want your flooring installation to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please carefully review the information below before your fitting date.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of purchase.

All balances must be paid in full prior to installation.

Getting Ready for Your Fitting

To allow our fitter to get started straight away, please ensure:

Old Flooring Removed

All existing flooring must be fully lifted and removed before the fitter arrives

Room Cleared

Room should be completly empty, including all furniture and personal items. Floors should be clean, dry and free from debris.
